1) Eligibility and Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2) Not Financial Advice

• The Service provides AI-generated research, analysis, and a simulated virtual portfolio for informational purposes only.
• Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
• Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.

3) Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute Service content or third-party market data except as expressly permitted.
• Do not misuse another user's account or impersonate any person or entity.

4) Third-Party Services and Data

• The Service relies on third-party AI model providers, market data providers, and infrastructure providers to operate.
• Market data may be delayed and is provided under the applicable data providers' license terms.
• Your use of third-party sign-in (such as Google) is also governed by that provider's own terms and policies.

5) Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding third-party data and your own data), is owned by Project Midas and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

6) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis will be accurate.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Midas will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, investment losses, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

8) Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. You may also exercise data rights as described in our Privacy Policy.

9) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
